on popsicles and plenty

i’m feeling overwhelmed with blessings. the growing season has that effect. we are swimming in fresh delicious foods, savouring quickly prepared meals together. and tempering the heat with ripe fruit and popsicles.


last night’s dinner was heirloom rattlesnake beans (barely steamed), corn on the cob, and lightly seared tuna with fresh peach salsa (with cilantro, red onion, fresh garlic, s & p, haitian hot sauce, honey, and a drizzle of olive oil).
